What this basically means is that the entertainer shows up at the right time, is reliable, dependable, dresses the part, conducts himself/herself appropriately, exhibits graciousness and politeness, and anything else that will lend itself to professional conduct. Our entertainers are very good at what they do, but you will also appreciate the ease in dealing with true professionals who act with the utmost protocol.

At Smooth Groove Productions we bring a level of customer service that clients would expect from the best vendors. Much of our work is done prior to the wedding itself. We simply do not just provide a band to show up and play on the day of the wedding. We meet with our wedding clients at least once and maintain all levels of communication up till the day of the event. Our professionalism is simply unmatched. When the event commences every detail and contingency will have been taken into account. The event will go smoothly. It will literally be a smooth groove.
